About Annie Thomas
Annie Thomas is a dynamic social work professional with over 20 years of experience across NGOs, INGOs, and educational institutions in India and internationally. She is the founder and Director of MINDSET Counselling Centre in Kattappana, Kerala — a trusted hub for career guidance, psychological counselling, and personal development.
With a Level 7 Post Graduate Certification in Career Counselling and an advanced course from UCLA Extension, Annie combines global best practices with deep local understanding. Her work spans 13 Indian states and 4 countries including Guatemala, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Sierra Leone.
She has been instrumental in disaster relief operations — serving during the Uttar Pradesh Earthquake, Gujarat Earthquake, Tamil Nadu Tsunami, and Kerala Floods — showcasing her unwavering commitment to human welfare.
